Nothing received, and the seller doesn’t respond to emails

I made the order #11994 on March 7, 2024 and a few days later, on March 15, the status of my order was changed to "the product is on its way". Perfect, but then I didn’t get any more information. The status of the order hasn’t changed, and I emailed the seller on April 30 (a month and a half later, because deliveries in Small Packet International Air seem to take this time), then on June 1, two and a half months, and a last email on June 10, almost 3 months. I have read all the shipping information and policies on the website, and I have noted that this is a small one person company wishing a delay for processing. No problem. But the seller never replied to my emails, even the last one sent on June 10, which falls on a Monday (because I noted that the seller doesn’t consult the mailbox on weekends). I don’t understand why this email wasn’t answered, because on June 11, 2024, the homepage of the website was updated with new information. I haven’t received any confirmation email containing the package number for tracking delivery. If the package was lost, then I would like at least an answer to one of my emails, and why not, even a replacement, as indicated at the beginning of the Policies & FAQ.

Particularly disappointed and it's a shame, because the presentation and content of the site, the artisanal aspect and the originality of the scents, as well as the good reviews had given me a better impression.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your order. I take my customer service very seriously.

Due to the very small size of my company (it's just me!) , I do sometimes have a response delay as mentioned in my policies. However, I understand that this may be frustrating for my customers and I will be looking into ways to improve my communication and response time.

I have checked my records and your order of 1ml Mystique was shipped on March 15 without tracking as selected. Your order was returned to me this week as an 'unclaimed recorded delivery' according to La Poste France.

I just wanted to inform you that, according to my shipping policy, I am unable to cover the cost of shipping the package back to you once it has been returned to me. Any shipping fees associated with the return will need to be covered by the customer. I understand this may be inconvenient for you, and I do apologise for the inconvenience.

Please check your email for an image of the package that was returned to me.
