Truthfully, my inspiration came from reading the poetry of Renaissance Venetian courtesan Veronica Franco while enjoying a slice of banana cream pie. That’s it—sometimes, the most unexpected pairings spark creativity. After all, who’s to say cream pies and historical courtesans don’t belong together?

I put this perfume on and was instantly transported to my parents' bakery. The smell of sugar and vanilla that stayed on them when they came home. This perfume is lush, creamy, but not cloying. I'm 61 years old, my parents are gone, but I get to step back in time with each gorgeous whiff. Suzy is an artist and and very kind. Her perfumes are exotic and quirky. I love everything I've ordered.

I love this scent. It reminds me of inn keeper’s wife; one of my favs. But the dry down is more vanilla which is very nice. The shipping was fast this time too. My collection is getting close to 20 with 2 more on the way.
