Someone in the reviews mentioned this smelled like Lancôme Savon Fraichelle, which I used to love and when they stopped making it (has it been years? Decades?) I was so sad. Well, I received Immortal as a sample and could not place the scent, but I was flooded with memories. Then I read the reviews and that was it! I'm not sure how close it is, but now that is all I smell now and it is like time travel.
On the very day that I wrote an upset review complaining about this shop's lack of responsiveness, my order arrived in my mailbox. I have to say, it made me feel there was indeed some "lurking and strangeness" going on (haha)! The order took a month to reach me, which seems a very long time, given that I live in Canada, but, better late than never. I felt honor-bound to say that this is a truly lovely scent, with great longevity and smoothness, and the packaging is exquisite.
Just earthy, green, and rosy enough! Very lovely and well balanced
This is so fresh, reminds me of Savon Fraichelle, but it has been a long time since I smelled that, I just remember loving it and this reminded me of it. If you know you know :)
